Processing & Shipping

PROCESSING TIMES

All hair extensions, closures, frontals, and custom wigs are processed in the order received.

• Ready-to-ship items: 1-2 business days
• Custom-made wigs: 14-18 business days
• Pre-order items: Processing times will be listed on the product page

Custom color: Add additional 3 business days

Processing time does not include shipping time.

SHIPPING

Orders are currently shipped via USPS Priority or Express.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Emerie Noelle Luxury Hair is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, weather delays, or lost packages after an order has been accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier.

Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled before processing begins. Once processing has started, orders cannot be canceled.

Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of hair products and hygiene standards, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on:

• Hair extensions
• Closures
• Frontals
• Custom wigs
• Sale items
• Digital products

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

If the issue is determined to be our error, we will provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

CHARGEBACKS

Customers agree to contact Emerie Noelle Luxury Hair first regarding any concerns before filing a chargeback with their financial institution.

Fraudulent chargebacks may be disputed with supporting documentation, including order confirmations, shipping records, and delivery confirmations.

Custom Wig Construction Policy

By purchasing custom wig construction services, you agree to the following terms:

TURNAROUND TIME

Custom wig construction requires approximately 10-14 business days after all required materials have been received.

BYOB (BRING YOUR OWN BUNDLES)

Not currently accepted.

MEASUREMENTS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate head measurements.

Emerie Noelle Luxury Hair is not responsible for improper fit resulting from inaccurate measurements submitted by the customer.

CUSTOMIZATION

Custom wigs are made according to the specifications selected at checkout.

Minor differences may occur due to the handmade nature of the service.

FINAL SALE

All custom wigs and wig construction services are final sale and non-refundable.

Privacy Policy

We collect information necessary to process orders, including name, email address, phone number, billing address, and shipping address.

Customer information is used solely for order fulfillment, customer service, and marketing communications when consent is provided.

We do not sell customer information to third parties.

Payment information is processed securely through third-party payment providers and is not stored by Emerie Noelle Luxury Hair.
